this series is amazing!! it doesn’t matter if you aren’t into fantasy, or don’t like YA books, READ THIS BOOK! it will get you obsessed with the genre and you will fall in love with the characters. make sure you read the first book (it’s amazing) before this one but PLEASE read this book!

I loved the first book but was confused about the quandrants and the difference between that and the wings and stuff. Could anyone explain that to me?
There are four quadrants: riders, infantry, healers and scribes- they are kinda like the career you go into. Then the riders are subdivded into 4 wings, 1st wing, 2nd, 3rd and 4th. The wings then have their respective wingleader that oversee all the people in that wing. Each Wing is then further subdivded into Claw, Tail and Flame which have their own leader and then these are are again subdivded into first, second and third squad and each squad has its own squad leader. So Wing (with wingleader)> Claw/Tail/Flame (with section lader)> first/second/third squad (with leader). Venin are then the bad guys of the book but you can google about them 🙂

Is it just me but I haven’t read the second book yet but I don’t know how I feel about xaden cause he’s been kinda like rude to violet like he does sweet stuff but then he’s acting like a jerk
